    We charge a monthly or quarterly fee, with no call out charges, time on site charges or limits.

    We provide unlimited support, either logging onto your server or desktop to resolve your support issue.

  • Unlimited on site support

    If your issue cannot be resolved remotely, for example hardware failure or certain connectivity issues, we will send an engineer to your site for a hands on resolution to your support issue.

  • Disaster Recovery

    If your server or critical equipment fails, we will get you up and running with the minimum of downtime.

  • Annual IT healthcheck

    We provide an annual spring clean of your IT systems, to ensure that they remain efficient and effective.

  • Free PC / notebook installation

    When you purchase PCs and notebooks from Altrigen, we will set them up for you, installing your required software and getting them up and running on your network.

    We will manage your broadband and domain details, and speak to 3rd party software vendors of software such as Sage, Pegasus, Act! etc, so we can resolve any issues as quickly as we can.
